Vertical Turbine Pumps: Reconditioning and Components
HydroPumps is a national reference in the reconditioning of vertical turbine, multistage and submersible pumps. We work with impeller bowls, segmented columns, intermediate shafts, guide bearings and discharge heads — supplying original, reconditioned or custom-made parts with factory tolerances.
Each vertical pump receives an individual reconditioning plan: dimensional inspection of the bowl assembly, shaft warping verification, dynamic balancing of each stage, sleeve recovery by HVOF metallization and reassembly with controlled torque. We serve all leading global manufacturers and supply parts with full traceability and origin certification.
Multistage Bowl Assembly
Reconditioning and supply of bowls with closed or semi-open impellers, wear rings and diffusers. Materials in nodular cast iron, bronze, 316 stainless steel and duplex according to application.
Column and Segmented Shaft
Supply of column piping, intermediate shafts, guide sleeves and product- or oil-lubricated bearings. Custom lengths up to 30 meters segmented.
Discharge Head
Recovery of discharge heads in cast iron or carbon steel, with CNC machining of flanges, packing box reconditioning and adaptation for modern mechanical seals.
Motor and Coupling Assembly
Adaptation and alignment of vertical motors, rigid couplings and cardans. Vibration testing, electrical insulation and supervised startup at the industrial plant.
