INDUSTRIAL BEARINGS FOR PUMPS
Hydro Pumps supplies bearings from the leading global brands — SKF, NSK, FAG, Timken — for industrial pumps of any manufacturer, with the correct selection for each position and installation with clearance and heating control. And when a bearing keeps failing, we diagnose the cause instead of just swapping the part.

Bearing lines we supply
The right position calls for the right bearing — ball, roller or angular contact, always first-line brands.
Deep groove ball bearings
The standard position in horizontal pumps — fast supply in the main dimensions.
Angular contact
For centrifugal pump axial loads — single or paired, with correct preload.
Cylindrical and spherical rollers
Heavy radial loads and mounting misalignments in large pumps.
Thrust bearings for verticals
Thrust bearings for vertical turbine pumps — the assembly's most critical position.
First-line brands
SKF, NSK, FAG and Timken — genuine, with guaranteed provenance and traceable invoicing.
Controlled installation
Mounting with induction heating, verified clearances and specified lubrication.
A bearing never fails alone
The swap is easy — the diagnosis is the service
A properly applied pump bearing lasts years. When the same position fails repeatedly, the cause lies outside the bearing: impeller unbalance, coupling misalignment, wrong lubrication or axial load beyond design.
That is why we treat bearings as a system: at replacement, we inspect the removed bearing's failure pattern — the marks tell exactly what killed it — and recommend correcting the cause, not just replacing the part.
Provenance matters more than ever
The bearing market suffers from counterfeits that reproduce the big brands' packaging and engraving. A fake bearing fails early and can take the shaft and housing with it. We supply exclusively through channels with documented provenance.
In doubt about a bearing already installed or in stock, our team evaluates authenticity and whether the specification suits the position.

Pump bearing questions
What maintenance teams ask before buying.
By the designation engraved on the ring (e.g. 6310, 7312, 22216) or by the pump's nameplate with brand and model — with that data we identify the equipment's complete positions. Lacking both, we measure the removed bearing.
Repeated bearing failure points to an external cause: unbalance, misalignment, incorrect lubrication (excess or lack), contamination or load beyond design. The removed bearing's wear pattern identifies the cause — and that correction is what restores normal life.
Both options: supply of the part, or the complete service with disassembly, shaft and housing inspection, mounting with induction heating and specified lubrication — at the workshop or in the field.
In critical industrial pump positions, we don't recommend them: the price difference doesn't offset the downtime risk. We work with SKF, NSK, FAG and Timken with documented provenance — and help optimize cost through correct specification, not questionable brands.
