Centrifugal Pump Maintenance
We perform preventive and corrective maintenance on centrifugal pumps of any size, brand and model. Our technical team executes from initial diagnosis to final performance testing, with full parts traceability and complete technical report issuance. We work directly with your plant maintenance engineers to ensure each intervention maximizes equipment lifespan and minimizes downtime.
Vertical Pump Maintenance
We are specialists in vertical pumps — one of the most critical and complex pieces of equipment in pumping operations. We execute complete rotating assembly inspection, wear analysis, shaft and bearing recovery, rotor and diffuser reconditioning, and post-repair performance testing. We service turbine-type pumps for intake, submersible pumps and deep well systems up to 300 meters deep.
Repair & Reconditioning
Our workshop features state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment for critical component recovery with factory tolerances. We perform electric arc and HVOF metallization, cylindrical and surface grinding, ISO 1940 dynamic balancing, and bench testing with calibrated instrumentation. Each service is documented with photos, measurements and technical reports proving recovery quality.
Field Technical Assistance
We maintain technical teams strategically distributed across Brazil for emergency and scheduled service directly at the client plant. Our team performs on-site vibration and thermographic diagnosis, predictive maintenance by vibration analysis, field alignment and leveling, and issues technical reports with maintenance recommendations.
