On-site Disassembly and Reassembly of Vertical Pumps
Specialists in disassembly, reconditioning and reassembly of vertical turbine, multistage and submersible pumps directly at the client's plant. We serve hydroelectric plants, raw water intake, mining, sanitation and heavy industry across all of Brazil.
Vertical turbine, deep well and submersible pumps require specialized disassembly and reassembly procedures due to their multistage geometry, column length and critical alignment tolerances. HydroPumps coordinates the entire operation inside the client's industrial plant — from the rigging plan to the final torque — with trained teams, dedicated tooling and logistics that minimize downtime.
Rigging and safety plan
Prior rigging study with load balancing, lifting point definition, shutdown schedule and safety plan approved by the client's HSE department.
Documented technical disassembly
Sequential removal of motor, discharge head, column, shaft and bowl assembly with part-by-part identification and complete photo documentation for full traceability.
Logistics and reconditioning
Transport to the HydroPumps workshop in dedicated packaging, dimensional inspection, reconditioning by CNC machining and HVOF metallization, and technical report before reassembly.
Reassembly with laser alignment
On-site reassembly with controlled torque, concentricity verification, laser alignment between pump and motor, and supervised startup test by the engineering team.

Laser Alignment
Precision alignment between pump and motor using laser equipment. Reduces vibration, bearing and mechanical seal wear, increasing efficiency and assembly lifespan.
Hydraulic Test Bench
Flow, pressure and performance testing on our own bench with calibrated and certified instrumentation. Complete validation before delivery with performance curve issuance.
