24H FIELD TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
A stopped pump is stopped production. Hydro Pumps' 24h technical assistance puts engineers in the field anywhere in Brazil — with on-site vibration and thermographic diagnosis, emergency repair and the critical parts to bring your operation back online.

What the field crew delivers
A national response structure for emergencies and scheduled on-site services.
On-site emergency diagnosis
Vibration analysis, thermography and mechanical inspection on location — objective cause identification before any disassembly.
Field repair
Replacement of seals, bearings, couplings and packing, alignment correction and any mechanical intervention executable at the plant.
Disassembly and removal
When the repair needs the workshop: rigging, documented disassembly and express logistics to our Várzea Paulista/SP facility.
Critical parts
Strategic multi-brand stock of seals, bearings and wear components — the part travels with the crew whenever possible.
Startup monitoring
Return to operation with vibration, temperature and tightness checks — the emergency only closes with the equipment stable.
Incident report
Documentation of root cause, intervention performed and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
How emergency response works
From the call to the crew on site
The call comes in via WhatsApp or phone, straight to engineering — no call-center triage. With the equipment data and symptom, we define the response plan: crew, tooling, likely parts and the mobilization window for your region.
We serve plants all across Brazil: hydroelectric plants, mining, steelmaking, sanitation, oil and gas, chemicals, and pulp and paper. The same crew that handles your emergency knows the equipment in these industries — not a generic technician.
Emergency response is also prevention
Every emergency closes with a root-cause report and recommendations. If the failure came from unbalance, cavitation or misalignment, you receive the diagnosis and the plan to keep it from happening again.
Customers with scheduled maintenance contracts get mobilization priority — their equipment history is already mapped, which shortens both diagnosis and solution.

24h assistance questions
What matters to know before the emergency happens.
Yes. Our base is in Várzea Paulista/SP, but the field structure serves plants across the national territory — the mobilization window varies with distance and is stated at the first contact of the call.
Pump brand and model, application (fluid, pressure), observed symptom (vibration, leakage, flow loss, seizure) and photos or videos if possible. The more context, the better prepared the crew arrives — including likely parts.
The crew performs a documented disassembly and takes the equipment or component to our workshop, where machining, coating and balancing come in. You receive the schedule at teardown and track every step.
Emergency mobilization terms are presented transparently at the call, before dispatch. Customers with maintenance contracts have differentiated terms and priority.
