Original part, compatible, or restoration?
For each item we present the route with the best balance of cost and lead time: the original part when available and competitive, a compatible part manufactured to drawing when time is tight, or restoration of the existing component when the savings justify it.

01Do you have parts for the KSB Meganorm pump?
Yes — impellers, wear rings, shafts, sleeves, seals and gaskets compatible with the Meganorm line and other KSB standardized lines. Provide the pump model and size (nameplate) and we quote within 24 hours.
02Does repair at an independent shop affect the pump's warranty?
For equipment outside the manufacturer's warranty period — the vast majority of the installed base — there is no restriction. Our service carries its own warranty, and every intervention ships documented with dimensionals, balancing and tests.
03My KSB pump is old and discontinued. Is there still a solution?
Yes — it is one of our most frequent cases. We manufacture the components via reverse engineering from the used parts, in material equal or superior to the original, restoring technical support to equipment the factory discontinued.
04Is a compatible part as good as the original?
When properly executed, yes — and sometimes better: we manufacture to drawing with dimensional control, raw material certificates and, for impellers, documented G2.5 balancing. The hydraulic geometry is preserved to keep the pump on its curve.
